Customers are requested to inform our team as early as possible if they wish to cancel or modify a confirmed package. Early notice may help reduce supplier charges or operational losses where applicable.
Advance amounts already used for hotel reservations, transport blocking, vendor commitments or other travel arrangements may be non-refundable in full or in part depending on actual costs already incurred.
Travel date changes or postponement requests are subject to vehicle availability, hotel availability, seasonal pricing and operational feasibility at the time of the request.
Where hotels, transport providers or other third-party suppliers apply cancellation charges, those charges may be deducted from eligible refund amounts where applicable.
Any eligible refund requests are reviewed based on booking stage, supplier commitments, service usage and operational costs already incurred. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and verification.
Unexpected situations such as weather disruption, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect travel plans and cancellation outcomes.
