Customers must make payments only to the official company account or approved payment methods communicated by My Divine Tours and Travels. Payments made to unauthorised persons or third parties are not treated as valid company payments.

Advance & Balance Amounts

Depending on package type, hotel reservations, transport planning or travel dates, an advance amount may be required. Remaining balance, where applicable, shall be completed before departure or as mutually agreed.

For overseas customers, approved remittance or trusted payment channels may be shared through official communication methods depending on country and convenience.
