My Divine Tours and Travels is an independent private travel operator offering pilgrimage tour packages, temple tours and customised travel services. Booking and payment terms are shared clearly before confirmation to ensure transparent and smooth travel planning.
A package booking is considered confirmed only after mutual discussion, final approval of travel details and receipt of the agreed payment amount where applicable.
Customers must make payments only to the official company account or approved payment methods communicated by My Divine Tours and Travels. Payments made to unauthorised persons or third parties are not treated as valid company payments.
Depending on package type, hotel reservations, transport planning or travel dates, an advance amount may be required. Remaining balance, where applicable, shall be completed before departure or as mutually agreed.
For overseas customers, approved remittance or trusted payment channels may be shared through official communication methods depending on country and convenience.
Customers are requested to share payment references or proof after transfer for verification. Receipts or payment acknowledgements may be issued where applicable.
Valid identity proof may be required for package confirmations, hotel stays or travel-related arrangements as per applicable rules.
