My Divine Tours & Travels is an independent private travel operator offering pilgrimage tour packages, temple travel planning, transport arrangements, hotel stay coordination and customer support services for travellers visiting South India. By using this website or confirming a travel package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Package Requests & Confirmation

All package requests are subject to travel dates, vehicle availability, hotel availability, route planning and operational feasibility. Confirmation is provided only after mutual discussion, required details and payment completion where applicable.

Temple Visit Services

Temple darshan entry tickets, seva access and temple procedures are controlled only by the respective temple authorities or their official systems. We are not affiliated with temple administrations or government bodies. Any temple schedule changes, rules or restrictions are beyond our control.

Traveller Responsibilities

• Provide correct personal, passport or ID details where required
• Follow temple dress code and visitor guidelines
• Report on time for travel departures and temple visits
• Carry valid original identification documents

Entry or travel participation may be affected if required conditions are not met.

Pricing & Changes

Package pricing may vary based on travel season, hotel category, transport type, route changes, taxes, toll revisions or third-party cost updates. Final pricing will be confirmed before approval.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, road closures, transport issues, natural events, government restrictions, temple management decisions or circumstances beyond our operational control.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation or refund decisions depend on transport bookings, hotel policies, travel dates and third-party commitments already confirmed. Applicable details will be communicated case by case.

Travel & Darshan Conditions

Temple crowd conditions, special festival rush, darshan waiting times, road traffic, weather conditions or local restrictions may affect pilgrimage schedules and travel experience beyond operational control.

Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
